also anecdotal but I went for a run yesterday in short sleeves and shorts. it was 50 and no snow anywhere. sure we've had relatively snow-free winters here but january has never been like this (in my 23 years here)

I feel like not enough people are talking about the fact that it's been 70 degrees in Denver for all of December and the mountains have basically no snow and we keep having to shut off power to keep winds from knocking down power lines and starting wildfires.
