We need to remake the US high court so Americans don’t suffer future decades of oligarchy-facilitating rule

If Cheryl Hines has a pet rabbit, she needs to keep an eye on it.
It needs to be emphasized that this paragraph is about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

This is correct, except I think Democrats should go even further. Not just talk more, but talk incessantly about Trump's dementia. There is a decent % of the public that doesn't care about his lies, but they might care that he can't tell the difference between fact and fiction.
Dems need to start talking more about how Trump’s dementia means that he can’t distinguish his fantasies from reality. He has completely lost touch with the real world and only knows what his sycophantic courtiers are telling him.
Trump: "If you look at affordability, which they campaigned on, they lied. Because they talked about 'Oh, prices are up' -- no, prices are down under the Trump administration and they're down substantially."

You know that saying: "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity?" It doesn't apply here.

If Democrats control Congress in 2027, they should defund the Supreme Court. Pay them their salaries and zero out the rest.

Makes me wonder if Melania is up in the Mauve Boudoir. Does that make Stephen Miller the Rasputin of the Trump administration?
Like you I've seen all the pics people post here abt the steady increase of tacky gold crap he keeps adding to the oval office. But somehow it wasn't until I saw this picture that it just hit me. What the actual fuck. Like a Vegas whorehouse.

I think McConnell meant they will get over the rainbow bridge.
Mitch McConnell is 100% wrong.

People won't simply "get over it" when Medicaid is destroyed by the Big Beautiful Bill.

In fact, 51,000 Americans will needlessly die every year because of this senseless betrayal.

It is unfortunate that the liberal dissenters continue to use legalese or polite analogies in response to these decisions. The court and the public would be much better served if they described what is happening as plainly as this post.
Our Constitution is seen by them as a mere set of suggestions. Other courts are seen by them as irrelevant. They are corrupt. They are partisan. They are doing irreparable damage to the country. The majority of six are the ones holding the daggers being buried into American democracy.

If the Democrats cannot (1) make Elon Musk the most despised person in the US and (2) hang him around the neck of every Republican officeholder, they should fold up shop.
Elon Musk claims to have "deleted" the office in the IRS which has enabled people to file their tax returns electronically, simply, and for free.

Being a person with deadly, incurable cancer who is nonetheless still alive for an indefinite timeframe gives me an interesting metaphor that helps me deal with things like large-scale corruption in government or commerce.

Bear with me for a second while I try to explain.

In the first cross-national comparative study, we examine 32M tweets from politicians.

We find that misinformation is not a general condition: it is driven by populist radical right parties.

It is beyond time for the Biden DOJ to tell Cannon (and other DCT judges and some of the circuits): GFY; received your order; not going to follow it; good luck with enforcement.
She's back! Cannon blocks the release of Smith's report pending resolution of argument by Trump co-defendants that Smith lacks power to act -- i.e the very cockamamie argument that she adopted to dismiss the case.

Maybe the true Cybertruck owner purchased Tesla insurance and Elmo is just describing the coverage Tesla provides when a thief shoots himself in the head in the front seat just before a bomb detonates in the way back.
Elon Musk wants to fix the Tesla Cybertruck that blew up with a man inside of it in front of Donald Trump's Las Vegas hotel and get it back on the road.

Gross.
