three people were actually arrested by the cook county sheriff’s office, according to an updated email they sent out.

most of the 15 are charged with resisting arrest/obstruction of justice/disobeying a police officer.

these kinds of charges from protests are frequently dropped bc they’re bogus.
illinois state police arrested eight additional people at broadview tonight for a total of 15 people arrested today, per an update from cook county sheriff’s office.

The parties will reconvene not tomorrow but at 2 pm cst Wednesday to hash out more details.

"At this point DHS is on notice," Ellis says, giving a warning to the feds to behave themselves before the order has formally been entered.

I am here at the Broadview Detention. A large ISP contingent here. Just in the 30 minutes I’ve been here, it “feels” like ISP is working in concert with ICE officials. They also keep widening the perimeter on a crowd standing and chanting “peaceful protestors.”
This is not good.

at least six people snatched so far by masked federal agents—one person from in front of a school, another from outside a convenience store, and one person near a public park.
Witness video shared to Facebook shows feds swiftly grabbing someone off the street at Lawrence and Kedzie this morning and putting them in an unmarked car. Locals know this is a busy intersection, the beating heart of Albany Park:

For folks asking why we keep seeing FBI/ATF at these operations: they're needed at larger raids (see also, mass arrest situation like we saw Saturday). ICE/CBP doesn't have capacity or training to process large amounts of evidence, write affidavits.
