Maybe we should honor the women who were real astronauts.

From left to right are Shannon W. Lucid, Margaret Rhea Seddon, Kathryn D. Sullivan, Judith A. Resnik, Anna L. Fisher, and Sally K. Ride. NASA selected all six women as their first female astronaut candidates in January 1978.

An event which is quite literally put on by the Mayor of London.

This year Sadiq said: "The Passion of Jesus welcomes thousands of Londoners of all backgrounds to Trafalgar Square to enjoy a live reenactment of the story of Jesus’s final days and resurrection."

Remember. The real driver of brexit was not sovereignty, not 'free trade', not 'feesh'

It was because the Tory right felt that ordinary people in this country have too many rights and protections.

There is nothing wrong, they believe, with exploitation and slums, if you live in a mansion.

Truly shocking.
BBC Farming Today reports that the Office for Environmental Protection believes Defra may have broken environmental laws in 2023/2024…

…by allowing neonicotinoid pesticides known to be harmful to bees & insects. The last govt gave emergency authorisation for use on sugar beet for last 4 years.
Where are all the insects?
Can you really have a picnic without wasps these days? And is it true there are fewer bees and butterflies than before?

Let me be clear about this.

I support improved mobility for everyone in UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland.

I also support improved mobility for other people even if it doesn’t improve my own mobility.

But don’t ask me not to complain above being limited by UK Gov’s choices for me.
