YouTube just offered a cover that was a familiar tune in the style of the 1950s and I realised it would be too much effort to work out whether it was AI slop or a labour of love so I didn't bother listening. Quite genuinely AI has ruined perfectly my enjoyment of perfectly good art.

It is so tiring having to stay alert to all this bullshit sneaking up on us
An alert to all creatives using #WeTransfer. Basically, stop immediately! As of August, they will begin scraping everything you send for AI purposes (see the new paragraph in their Terms and Conditions below).

If, like me, you’re a voice artist, they’ll clone your voice. Avoid at all costs.

Just got out of Blood Tide and I was impressed at how coherent a story it was...and then we got to that bit at the end. #ForbiddenWorlds2025

My first time watching Waterworld today and I'm cross it's taken me this long - It's Mad Max on the ocean, it's Dennis Hopper doing his thing, it's vagina gills! #ForbiddenWorlds2025
Day 2 has begun with Waterworld and seeing people drink piss...in the film.

No - I will not explain the Mr Bobby x Noel Edmonds photo.

I got unexpectedly giddy watching the trailer for this - Bristol seems to have a lot of people who think "this would be a cool thing to do" and then they go out and do the thing and it does in fact turn out to be really cool.
Did you know that Bristol has an IMAX that lay abandoned for over a decade?

Watch the World Premiere of Arthur Cauty's The Big Picture on the opening night (28 May) of this year's Forbidden Worlds Film Festival.

I'm always a little worried when someone says a comic is difficult to read in a vacuum. Why are they trying to read comics in a vacuum? Get out of the vacuum before you die. This is not time to catch up on Batman.

I'm still thinking about this game
Just finished editing an AP of Against Time And Death with @ickbat.bsky.social and @suefacetm.bsky.social ahead of the KS campaign to fund a print edition. It's a good one! You'll have to listen to it to see what those mad, beautiful bastards did with it. Releasing very soon on Black Armada Tales.
