Wow - this guy must be really, REALLY bad with money if an extra £208 per month will “ruin” his retirement.

Let’s take a look at his situation based on what he told the @Telegraph

Because this does NOT add up!

No, this is not a “poor pensioner” scrabbling around for pennies…

That Scotland match is absolutely why football is just the greatest thing. Just proper drama, two unbelievable goals, and what an atmosphere 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Continued shambles at #SaintsFC, interesting see Spors has put his name in the statement despite hiding from accountability up until now.

No doubt there’s no plan, and they’ll struggle to attract anyone credible. Let’s see if the bright idea also involves a manager with yet another playing style.

I try so hard to understand other sides. But I got through less than 10 minutes of @matt-forde.bsky.social talking to Tugendhat, and gave up.

Matt is amazing at trying to find the personal side of all politicians, but how he deals with the absolute nonsense of some people I have no idea.

A #SaintsFC performance with aggression, forward play, taking on players, who knew? No goals, obviously, but feels so much better.

Finally, players picked on attitude not ego or reputation.

Well that was one of the worst 45 minutes from #SaintsFC in a while, at the worst possible time.

Elon Musk openly called for violence on our streets yesterday.

I hope politicians from all parties come together to condemn his deeply dangerous and irresponsible rhetoric.

Britain must stand united against this clear attempt to undermine our democracy.

Here's how the real two-tier Britain works:
1. Whatever Nigel Farage says, however stupid, is looped and discussed by the media, while left-wing voices are treated as noises off.
2. Tiny far-right protests get massive airtime, while 10s of 000s gathering for Palestine or green causes are ignored.🧵

A decent #SaintsFC performance in the end, playing some decent football with positive attacking and actual shots.

Defending hugely helped second half by not giving Norwich the ball repeatedly in dangerous positions. Possible lesson there.

Main lesson, teams in this division aren’t that good.

League 1 Minus 10: Southampton 1 Stoke 2. RPs appreciated.

#saintsfc remind us all that the corner has not been turned yet. Featuring Risk v Reward, panic attacking, timewaste central, 50p Flynn, striker crisis and back threes can get in the bin.
Championship Match 3 – Southampton 1 Stoke City 2
A Picture Paints a Thousand Words Stoke visit St Mary’s this afternoon, off the back of two wins out of two at the start of the Championship season. Having struggled last year and being on the fringes of the relegation battle, they certainly would have taken this, even though the slight caveat is that the two wins have been against teams who are expected to struggle in Derby and Sheffield Wednesday.

If you include council tax and VAT, the poorest 10% pay on average 48% of their income in tax. The richest 10% just 39%.

I swear, if most of them picked fruit on minimum wage for 1/20th of the time they spend WHINING about this online, they would cover the VAT and make a bit extra on top. 3/3

Watching #WelcometoWrexham S4, they’ve finally addressed the catastrophic history of Shaun Harvey at the EFL. Obviously glossed over and pretended it was just tough decisions, but let’s hope it at least more people see what a disaster he was (and why we need a regulator).
