Biden should test the limits of Presidential immunity and force SCOTUS to issue rulings limiting Presidential powers. Get that precedent on the books now. Don't let Trump be the test case, BE the test case yourself. You know SCOTUS won't limit him, but they will limit you, & thus him. DO SOMETHING.

I actually don't fully know the answer to this question but it seems like no, there isn't much barrier?
I agree with this, and I am wondering, while Bluesky promises *they* won’t use our posts to train data, with all our posts open and only a suggestion to respect our privacy settings, nothing is stopping other people from scraping our posts, is there.
