Politics is about whose side you’re on.

Kemi Badenoch has just shown she is on the side of JD Vance rather than our brave armed forces and the families who’ve lost loved ones in conflicts over the past 40 years.

So according to this the USA has only sent 28% of the world's military, financial and humanitarian assistance.
Hearing the US government's claims about sending the most money I asked co-pilot about aid to Ukraine.

This is thuggery from Trump and Vance, plain and simple.

They are bullying the brave true patriot Zelensky into accepting a deal which effectively hands victory to Russia. Unless the UK and Europe step up, we are facing a betrayal of Ukraine.

“Trump and Vance’s joint dressing down of Zelenskiy will go down in history — indeed, will live in infamy — as a shameful moment of American betrayal.”

Trump’s Oval Office Clash With Zelenskiy Was a Win for Putin
By humiliating the Ukrainian president and betraying Ukraine, the US president played right into Russia’s hands.

It looks like Steve Bannon just did a Nazi salute at the end of his CPAC speech.

No one has ever been given as much benefit of the doubt as Trump. Commentators bend over backwards to say he’s playing a clever game then he just comes out with Russian talking points and blames Ukraine for being invaded. They’ll find a way to defend that too.

Statesmanship
Incredibly moving Justin Trudeau remarks:

"We have fought and died alongside you....During your darkest hours...we were always there. Standing with you, grieving with you, the American people....Canadians are a little perplexed as to why our closest friends and neighbors are choosing to target us."

Remember Operation Yellowhammer?

The preparation for a No Deal Brexit.

The suspicion is that it was so called because the yellowhammer song is in a rhythm of “A little bit of bread and NO cheese”.

And here we are five years on with our hard Brexit
