In the same way as targeting trans adults has been made the wedge issue into getting rid of LGBTQ+ and women’s rights to body autonomy, so targeting trans children is the wedge issue into get rid of all children’s rights to body autonomy.
The only truly irreversible thing a trans child is likely to do is take their own life. "What if they do something irreversible?" actually means "theyre not allowed to make a decision!"
