Today in Minneapolis, a militarized task force raided the beloved Lake Street taqueria, Las Cuatro Milpas—and the community was not having it.

Elon Musk sued @mmfa.bsky.social in a SLAPP suit for writing an accurate article about X. He sued them in North Texas for no reason other than there was a (Tesla-stock owning) MAGA friendly judge. MMFA asked to transfer. Judge O'Connor not only says no, but says he may sanction them...

If I’m thinking thru the senate rules right (by no means certain), I think a single D senator can force the voting that’s starts tomorrow to last into the beginning of next week by refusing unanimous consent. That can slow things down and allow the backlash to expand.
