you don't need anything higher than 1080p and 60fps
idc about 4k resolution with 240fps, most people can't afford that and optimizing for that while the rest is an afterthought is dumb

It's so healthy to get rid of the thought of having to create something "viral", "popular" or "trendy" while drawing. Always thinking of how to stage your own process/art is tiresome and stops all creative flows.
