“One year into his second term, America risks losing a central feature of our democracy: that we are a country ruled by laws, not by one man.” That endangers every one of us.

Yes! This is the kind of pressure we have to put on all organizations and companies in America!
Have Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx owners Marc Lore and A-Rod said anything yet about their fans getting or fans' families getting harassed, kidnapped, or worse by ICE?

Minneapolis is one of 30 NBA cities. Has NBA commissioner Adam Silver said anything about ICE abuse of fans in Minneapolis?

Two days ago we learned that Federal agents showed up at a Washington Post reporter’s home, searched it, seized her phone and two laptops. We also learned that the Post's owner, Jeff Bezos, remained silent that day. No words of support.

Well, Thursday came and went and still nothing from Bezos.

My plan was to use tonight to write about today's Supreme Court opinion involving standing in election cases. But I am honestly too tired. I promise I will get to it for Friday or this weekend. In the meantime, my only ask is to subscribe to Democracy Docket to stay informed. hubs.ly/Q03M8rql0

It is my opinion that sworm military at this point has a positive duty to arrest this "president" for his many crimes.

I am not expecting any to honor their oath.

On Fox 9 just now they interviewed a woman at the scene in Minneapolis. She says she’s not an activist but felt a call to action like she hasn’t felt since 9/11. She says she was raised to love America. She says she’s never felt scared of the government in her life, until now.

I know people on Bsky know this but I hope it filters out: The feds are OCCUPYING the Twin Cities. This is a blockade, a siege. They are shutting down economic and civic activity. They are conducting "papers please" stops. They are criminalizing being a bystander/witness.

WHY are news stations reading DHS statements out loud as if they have ANY credibility at all? They literally murdered a woman in cold blood LAST WEEK and are still lying about what happened, even though we can see what happened. That any credibility would be given to their statement is insane
