This is exactly why we cannot let Pete be on a nationwide democratic ticket. His “sensible adult in the room” shtick sounds great to long-time libs but does little to inspire anyone who wouldn’t already be voting for him.

Any administration that instantly clears one of its officers of a suspected capital crime is just begging for other trigger-happy poorly trained ICE officers to do the same.
