I feel exactly the same way. I have felt concern building about public education in Alberta since the UCP dismantling process began in 2019, and am now putting that energy towards this petition.

If the UCP had bargained in good faith in the dispute with Alberta teachers, they could have defused the momentum of these petitions and recalls. Now, the UCP have likely turbocharged the resistance against them and their failure of a government. #ableg

Last day of front yard #ForeverCanadian signature collection. True Story - invited the polite separatist across the street to hang out with a beverage tonight to thank him for his patience with the extra traffic. He didn't convert, but we found non-political common ground & sense of community.

If we ever come to a referendum, we should point out early and often that separatists just aren't very organized/competent and why would anyone sane want them in charge of anything?

It’s hard not to feel gratitude for Thomas and his team in this effort. I’m not sure yet where it will take us, but his commitment and his progress is admirable.
