My friend (RA, Phase 1 eligible) was forced to sign a payment consent form FIRST, then see the nurse to confirm her FREE vaccine eligibility. Requiring a financial commitment before confirming coverage is pure systemic intimidation and absolute BULLSHIT. She will dispute any bill. #AxeTheVaxTax
