This might be an interesting question for the lady who blocked me the other day for asking who is supposed to be in charge of reforming and/or holding the police to account.

Feels like it's a real problem that local police view themselves as on the same side as the invading federal army. Who do you call when a murderer has the support and protection of local law enforcement?
