So to recap our governmental positions: vaccines cause autism, nurses aren’t professionals, swastikas and nooses are just controversial, and stating legal precepts is sedition, but trying to prosecute someone with no grand jury or evidence is fine. We’re #1!

Three things:

1) No longer classifying swastikas, nooses, and the Confederate flag as hate symbols is quite bad, and in line with many other actions from this admin.

2) Congrats to the cancel culture moral panickers.

3) I don't think a good political response to this is to shrug at Nazi tattoos.
Exclusive: The U.S. Coast Guard will no longer classify the swastika, nooses and the Confederate flag as hate symbols.

The military service drafted a new policy that classifies them as “potentially divisive.”

Good example of how an acronym can dehumanize consequences and mask what’s going on. Syntactically, “Diversity slayer,” “equity slayer,” or “inclusion slayer” sounds weird. They aren’t “slaying” these things; they’re promoting and supporting their opposites: segregation, unfairness, and exclusion.

The occupation of HHS by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has crossed a line that should be UNACCEPTABLE by any American.

Congress needs to DO THEIR JOB and rid of us of this threat to our health, lives and national security. This is not hyperbole.

This is INTOLERABLE.

The CDC has fallen. RFK Jr has completely destroyed public health.

With the rise in AI slop it’s already becoming harder to find good information on the internet, and the CDC used to be a trusted, reliable source.

Now it’s anti-vaccine grift.

This will cost countless.

RFK Jr’s anti vaccine rhetoric led to the deaths of more than 80 children in Samoa.

He’s exceedingly dangerous to global health.

Trump has murdered at least 83 people with extrajudicial military strikes on alleged drug-trafficking boats.

He needs to face consequences for this.

His secretary of DHHS, RFK Jr., will kill several orders of magnitude more with this disinformation.
This is completely disgusting. Today, the CDC updated their vaccine safety page. It now says:

“The claim "vaccines do not cause autism" is not an evidence-based claim because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism”.

Pretty amazing, Casssidy apparently doesn't know people buy their own insurance under Obamacare.
Cassidy: "The president is proposing that we take the $26b that would be going to insurance companies if we just do an extension and give it directly to the American people in which 100% of the money is used for them to purchase healthcare on their own terms. That makes them an informed consumer."
