This is an amazing article by Noura Erakat explaining the links between the domestic crisis of governance we're in and the historical/contemporary politics of Palestine.
“The liberal establishment has not raised the alarms. Worse, they have often served as the right’s complicit partner, oblivious to the precedents that Trump is now inheriting: broader police power, unaccountable presidential power, generalized repression, and gross restrictions on speech.”

This was just posted by @tbretc.bsky.social on another platform. The Chicago Sun-Times obviously gets ChatGPT to write a ‘summer reads’ feature almost entirely made up of real authors but completely fake books. What are we coming to?

The rise of “authoritarianism” is also a reinvigoration of a White Supremacist International that shares methods, strategy, ideology, and a commitment to what Du Bois called, “ownership of the earth forever and ever, Amen!”
Racism in practice by Trump.

This is where we are, we are living under a white supremacy administration. It's not debatable. The facts are clear.
The transfer of white Afrikaners to the US was fast-tracked after refugee resettlement officials came under pressure from top admin people to make it happen quickly, sources at NGOs who were informed of this tell me.

Trump wanted this done.
