Some worry that Mark Carney has never held elected office. All he has done is guide TWO countries through the worst financial crises they have faced since the Great Depression.
What do I worry about? A Prime Minister-in-waiting who has never held a real job OUTSIDE of elected office.

No wonder Elon Musk wants to install Pierre Poilievre as Prime Minister.
He is the only opposition leader in history who won't or can't get a security clearance.
Hell you need a security clearance to volunteer at the library.
He also voted against multiple times against support for Ukraine.

In cities where there isn’t likely to be investment available for badly needed service improvements AND free fares (sadly, that’s MOST cities), I strongly prefer strategic ridership-focused SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS, along with reasonable fares (and free fares for under 18, over 60, and low income). 3/

John Hedican ran for election in this last BC provincial election against me and 3 other candidates. He's been incredibly brave, sharing his painful story over and over again. I too am incredulous that certain MPs refused to pay attention to his message.
