I do. We are moving on. I do ask you hold space for the fact, that these activists here have a lot of mending of fences to do in a Black community that they disrespected & mocked before, during and after the campaign. The progress we have made is based on pragmatism and they could learn from us

i’m kind of amazed at how this is just the crudest, most obvious n****rbaiting you can imagine. “the people you don’t like, yeah, they are responsible for everything bad.” and it works!

Should I point out the National Guard fired on Kent State student protestors?
something that is especially clear if you have studied colonialism a bit: a load bearing aspect of maintaining even a semblance of democracy (or defending a sitting autocracy from democracy) is having a military that is unwilling to kill its own citizens
South Korean soldiers attempting to enter the National Assembly repelled by a fire extinguisher and camera flashes.

Hey @cnn.com - appointing two fathers-in-law of your daughters to key posts is not Trump's "reliance on family," it's NEPOTISM.

Are you just going to give democracy away?

It doesn't take much. Try to step up to the plate.

Our only hope is that the NYT editors are obsessed with the Department of Defense just one thousandth as much as they were obsessed with Harvard and oh no we are screwed
Claudine Gay was deemed Not Accomplished Enough to run Harvard, but all the failsons, creeps and psychos with no experience or expertise will get to be Cabinet officials
So to summarize, according to #maga, any Black, gay or trans person who achieves any position, no matter how degreed or credentialed they are is an unqualified #dei hire. And any white person, however unqualified or even sketchy is inherently qualified when they get a job. Do I have that right?
