I feel like every European leader is waiting for the Trump storm to blow over.

But what happens if the storm invades Greenland, Cuba, Columbia, destroys NATO, abandons Ukraine, shrugs as China takes Taiwan?

Can post-Trump Dems put all that right again? Nope.

This storm changes everything.

No curbs on profiteering. Energy prices up 44% since 2021-22.

Thousands of people can't afford heating, rely on community ‘warm spaces’.

Think of Brexit as a vote to eat all future meals at a new restaurant.

We've now been there. We've tried everything on the menu. We know the food is horrible.

Imagine holding a referendum on whether to keep eating its terrible food. That's a very different starting point from the last one in 2016.

There's no suggestion or evidence ANY alcohol or drugs was consumed. This is literally just people dancing.

The UK isn’t a “soft touch” on asylum.

UK asylum seeker benefits are similar to European neighbours

No right to work before 12 months (it’s 6 months in France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands)

UK settlement after 5 years (it’s 3 or 4 in Germany)

Let’s cut out the alarmist rhetoric.
