It absolutely breaks the law... and it's fucking insane!
New: A site licensing Trump's name is selling merch with the presidential seal — including a $20 beer-pong set with “Presidential themed balls.”

Federal law says you can’t manufacture or sell likenesses of the seal without authorization.

Trump-Licensed Presidential Seal Beer Pong Set Could Violate Federal Law
A site affiliated with Lee Greenwood sells merchandise with the seal—such as a $20 beer pong set with “Presidential themed balls”—and pays licensing fees to a Trump LLC.

I am fourteen going on fifteen
Innocent as a rose
Pedophile pesters, creepy molesters
What do I know of those?
Totally unprepared am I
To face a world of shame
Timid and shy and scared am I
Of things that aren’t my blame
I had a creep, older, not wiser
'Cause Megyn Kelly said I'm fair game

I can't even imagine how much it cost to stage this lavish special, "Wicked: One Wonderful Night", with a stunning stage set at LA's Dolby Theatre, as well as top-notch performances, costumes, choreography, orchestra, prerecorded interstitial segments, planning, staging, direction, etc. Amazing!

I have to make a list of Apple TV series that I can binge-watch during the winter during a free trial. I'd seen the first seasons of "Severance", "The Morning Show", and "Schmigadoon!", and I still haven't seen the final season of "Ted Lasso", so I've got a lot to catch up on.

Even if their baseless assertion were true, a person can only be an informant if they had been an insider (i.e. participant, accomplice, co-conspirator, enabler, etc.).
QAnon influencers have baselessly suggested that newly released Jeffrey Epstein emails show Trump was an “informant” against Epstein.

It comes as the QAnon community has for months tried to rationalize Trump opposing the Epstein files’ release.

My latest:

Multiple online influencers affiliated with the QAnon conspiracy theory — which falsely asserts that a secret satanic pedophile cabal that included Jeffrey Epstein runs the world — are baselessly sugg...

It's interesting that the headline is portraying this as Epstein's "obsession" with Trump, instead of just an indicator of the fact that the two were thick as thieves. I'm sure that in my own communications I probably mention my closest friends and family members more than I mention other people.

A chance? Losing? He lost whatever mind he had a LONG time ago. There is no mind in that hollow, tumbleweed-topped coconut that's perched upon his shoulders. He operates on an innate ability to manipulate the easily-influenced, courtesy of his mercenary, lizard-brained, animal instinct.
Hear me out …

I think there’s a chance Trump might be losing his mind.

I love the funny captions on posts from the medioevosplatter account on Instagram. If you don't understand Italian, you can use the "See translation" feature. I relate to this one on a profound level:

"What is your morning routine? "

“Ah, first find the will to live.”

The process of "damnatio memoriae" is going to take us years, and cost us quite a lot of money, but he shouldn't be commemorated in any way, just taught about in history classes as a cautionary tale.
Trump is moving to immortalize himself with his name etched into coins, carved into pediments, and inscribed into marble. He wants to glorify himself in the most permanent ways possible.

We must not allow Trump to rewrite history with false tributes to himself.

So, if we were to refrain from calling Epstein and Trump pedophiles and were to call them statutory rapists instead, would that satisfy Megyn Kelly? I doubt it. I'm curious to know what kinds of excuses and defenses she'd come up with for that, though.
"don't worry, he's just into 15-year-olds" perhaps not as exculpatory as you think
Also 15-year-olds are not "barely legal." They are minors.
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

If police are surveilling a brothel or a crack house and you go inside, they are NOT surveilling you... you are entering the scene of a crime. The difference isn't complicated to see, at least not for anyone who uses his brain to think. Or for anyone who isn't hoping for a million-dollar payoff.
Tommy wants his $1 million bucks from the taxpayers. He’s treating us like one of the college football programs that paid him to leave.

They've been insisting all along that tariffs don't get passed on to consumers in the form of price increases, yet tariffs are being rolled back to lower prices. How can members of the dimwitted MAGA doomsday cult STILL not see that they were being lied to all along (the rest of us already knew).
Trump’s new “affordability” push is basically reversing the tariffs he said would never cause un-affordability.

After 232, there will be no more pennies. The very last one was minted in Philadelphia today.
