I have such a gripe with the idea of making disabled and/or ND people wear a symbol to communicate they are different to people outside the group. Intracommunity symbols are one thing; this is different.

I spend a lot of time training people on advocacy and campaigns. Key things I try and get across are, don't spread yourself too thinly trying to fight too many battles on too many fronts and try and avoid getting too emotionally attached to a campaign.
