If you’re doing the “economic boycott” today then I suggest using that $ to buy a meal or 2 for someone living on the streets. Or Venmo a young person in your life that needs some cash
& then tomorrow think about how you & your neighbors can pool together $ & resources for your community… and then…

I have many issues with this piece, one being that it’s arguing both that the American public simply doesn’t care about trans issues and doesn’t want them prioritized, but also that we should capitulate to arguments/legislation actively meant to harm trans ppl because that’s what the public wants.
