A Broadway musical closing is always terrible news because of all the hardworking creatives who are suddenly out of work.

That being said, Kristin Chenoweth maybe shouldn't have posted about appreciating Charlie Kirk!!!

don't let them destroy the nursing profession...

Can't believe I have to say this, but: Nursing IS a profession. By classifying it as "not professional," Trump is making it more expensive & difficult for students to study nursing. This adds to the affordability crisis & makes staffing shortages worse. @wsna.bsky.social www.wsna.org/news/2025/ws...
WSNA opposes excluding nursing from “professional degree” programs
Without access to sufficient loans, the impact on the nursing workforce, including the work of preparing new nurses to enter the workforce, can be severe.

😡😤
It's obvious: the Dept of Ed said nursing is not a "professional career." Why? To exclude graduate nursing programs from federal loans, in the midst of a nursing shortage, in a profession held mostly by women and minorities. Catching on yet??

America has a major nursing workforce shortage. We need hundreds of thousands more.

Is it any surprise the Trump team has decided to make it *harder* for aspiring nurses to afford nursing school?

Yet another healthcare “policy” that will harm our future.

The meatpacking giant paid its CEO $22.7M last year, 525x its median employee's pay.

It also spent $196M in stock buybacks to reward shareholders.

Textbook corporate greed.
