When Pusha T said "yellow diamonds look like pee-pee" it deeply resonated with me. That was when I knew he was real like no other.

It's become clear that this administration is just a protracted war on anybody who's read a book without pictures in it. It's a miracle we're all still getting up and going to work every morning. The psychological drain is the point, and I'm increasingly grateful to the people who are still decent.

The thing that stands out here is so many Dems run campaigns terrified of (and thus buying into) the Fox News framing.

Mamdani is rightly mocking that framing as ridiculous and it resonates. He's not running scared. He's running proud of who he is and what he stands for.
Good morning! I'm in Uganda to visit family and friends.

But depending on your perspective, don't worry or I'm sorry: I'll be back by the end of the month.

See you soon, NYC.

Breaking news: “The Late Show” with Stephen Colbert will end in May 2026, CBS said in a statement.

The announcement came days after Colbert spoke out against the $16 million paid earlier this month by Paramount, the parent company of CBS News.
Stephen Colbert’s ‘Late Show’ canceled by CBS, to end in May 2026
CBS said in a statement that it was “purely a financial decision.” The show launched with Colbert as host, executive producer and writer a decade ago.

RIP Satoru Iwata. I can't believe it's been ten years already. I miss the way he ran Nintendo.

I'm hearing murmurs that the Need for Speed series is going to be essentially canceled.

Bruh, I grew up with that series.

No.

Just fix the car handling, return it to how cars handled during the Black Box days.

Don't end the series. 😔

Sometimes I like trying out random stuff on Game Pass. Booted up Perfect Dark and WHOA. 360 version is such a huge improvement over the N64 one. Even when emulated & upscaled, the N64 version just isn't as good as this one. This runs so buttery smooth. And the character faces are much more detailed.

Why did Microsoft acquire Activision? All it seems to be doing is causing layoff after layoff because they're not recouping nearly as much money as they spent on that acquisition. What did Microsoft gain at all from buying them?

Just learned Microsoft is canceling the new Perfect Dark. Wtf? It was one of my most anticipated games from an MS studio.

Picked up a Switch 2 Pro controller despite me not needing it (already have a Switch 1 Pro Controller), but Nintendo admittedly did make a convincing case by purposely restricting the ability to wake up a Switch 2 to only the new Pro controller. 😭

1. Nearly a century ago, Nazis burned trans books to usher in fascism.

Now, Trump is doing the same, digitally burning all records of transgender people and striking the community from records.

This must be seen for what it is: a move towards atrocity.

It is actually genuinely funny that the Army looked at the Executive Order and said "no"
Army guidance on implementing President Trump's order on transgender troops, filed in court today, says to NOT take adverse personnel action against people based on gender identity "at this time" and to continue medical treatment. for gender dysphoria.
