The worst part about grief that no one really ever tells you is that once you lose a lot of people close to you, you basically enter a stage of pre-grieving the loss of the people in your life who are still alive. Bc it's hard not to be constantly thinking about who's going to be the next one to go

My anxiety has been kicking my ass the last week or so and I'm not sure what triggered it, but I think it's bc I've been getting more headaches lately and just feeling more burnt out in general, and that always make me more anxious in general, bc I'm worried something is medically wrong with me 😑

As much as I dislike ig and meta as a company in general, I have to admit their algorithm for local events and restaurants is really good. I've found so many events, concerts, restaurants, etc. just by ig ads that pop up in my stories. This is like the only acceptable use of data mining for me lol

Really hate how Pinterest is flooded with ai garbage now, you can't even filter it out of your searches, you have to click inside each individual photo now to see if it's labeled "modified by AI" to know for sure

The daily struggle of hating everything that social media is and has become these days versus not wanting to lose connection to all the friends and people I've met using it over the years. But the older I get the harder it is to maintain those relationships outside of being constantly online all day

The thing with grief is every loss is different and it sucks no matter how many times you go through it. Listening to the voicemails of my dad and it still hasn't really hit me that I'll never see him again. Or that his remains are upstairs sitting in the guest room until we decide where to put them

My mom was really sad bc we got new phones a few weeks ago, and when I transferred the stuff from her old phone to the new one, her voicemails didn't transfer over, including the last ones she had saved from my dad. I hadn't even thought to check if they would before I did the transfer
