Just posted a question in a q&a for a webinar and have realised that the question I have posted is absolute dog shit. Switching off now.

Nowhere in the hysterical pile-on against the BBC in the British press has anyone mentioned that BBC News now has 77 million viewers & listeners in the US and has established itself as the second most trusted news source there.

Musk wanking on about the Illiad after being owned by an intellectual is like in The Office where David Brent goes away to find out about Dostoyevsky. But I say to Joyce Carol Oates: have you ever thrown a kettle over a pub (while down a K-Hole)?

Does anyone else’s house have what seems to be an endless supply of very small fruit flies or midges? Little twats seem to be everywhere (not hundreds just a steady supply). Hopefully they’ll die off when it gets cold.

In 2024, Bet 365's CEO got a salary - not total package, just salary - of £94.7m.

A lot of people have to lose their bets to pay that.

We should be MASSIVELY curtailing betting, not promoting it further. It's a cancer in society.
You may have missed this gem yesterday. From which we learn that:

1. Betting shops are really good for the mental health of isolated people.
2. Most drug-takers are not a problem.
3. Kids put tuppence in slot machines in the hope of getting rich.
4. Farage probably has a gambling industry donor.

Hi BBC, have you met the Labour Party?
Gary Lineker: "This is the mistake the BBC makes. The BBC tries to appease the people that hate the BBC, rather than worrying about the people that love the BBC."

The BBC should reply by asking Trump to participate in their forthcoming documentary based on the copy of the Epstein files they’ve just been provided with.

Is it just me or is modern music - like basically everything since 2010 or thereabouts - just really bland and uninteresting?

It’ll have to be a sea burial then. I worry what would happen if you tried to burn his corpse.
There is no grave for Hitler. Germany didn't want Nazis to worship him at his grave.

When our national nightmare is finally over, Trump shouldn't have a grave either.

And there shouldn't be a picture of him in the White House either. Images of Hitler are banned in Germany.

I’ve watched a few drama series recently where WWI has been a plot device. Obviously today we think of those who’ve fallen in conflicts of all types however my mind can’t help but drift to those who survived but were physically or mentally changed. I think about the impacts that war had on them… 1.

Fuck Trump and fuck all his lickspittle and acolytes. If you have a job then you should be able to live and buy the food you need and if not the government should be helping you.
I truly do not understand how so many people can be indifferent to what is happening with SNAP —if they get stamps or not.

The trump govt. cruelty is simply terrifying !

Listen to these working Americans' heartbreaking tales of not knowing where their next meal will come from if SNAP is cut off.

This is Labour’s problem: thinking the good things mean we’ll forget about the abysmal and xenophobic immigration kowtowing to Farage, the failure to remove the 2 child benefit cap, the ridiculous crushing of protest.

It’s all a bit ‘well, at least the trains run on time’.
Workers rights legislation renters rights breakfast clubs increase in minimum wage record investment in the NHS what part is not “Labour”?
