Finished my EPP and hand sewn linen quilt. I used up lots of samples and scraps in mediumweight 100% linen. I love how crinkly it came out of the dryer. #quiltsky #englishpaperpiecing #handsewing

Long covid patients are desperate for treatments. These trials may help.
Some trials are focusing on drugs that target the immune system, which is affected by different pathways to long covid.

#showmeyourknits Been a while since I knit this up, but it’s a favourite of mine because of the beautiful yoke. Pattern is Arboreal Sweater by Jennifer Steingass, yarn is BWM Bloom and some Lincraft 100% wool I’ve forgotten the name of.

I’m knitting up one of my toe up sock patterns I wrote in the time before I got ill with facial palsy and post viral illness including long covid. This sadly put a halt to knitting due to pain for a long time. But I must say I’m enjoying rediscovering my past work, almost like rehab for body/brain.

Hey all, did you know that disability payments are restricted by how much your partner earns? This means you won't have any independent income, which makes it very difficult to escape a problematic relationship. Please sign this govt petition to change it.
