okay this is where I laughed out loud
interior shot of kitchen; the cabinets have mirrored (not glass) inserts in the doors; there is an island (for prep not eating) which has the same green "marble" counters as the rest of the kitchen and the same mirrored door panels and old timey pulls. on the island stands a near life-size black statue of a nude youth in a Greco-Roman style (even leaning on a piece of rustic wood as old statues do). For some reason the nude youth is holding in one hand a plate with two birds (made out of paper? or ceramic?) connected by a string. Oh the wallpaper and curtains are also hideous.

A Christmas ornament of the Christmas demon Krampus from Germanic mythology, who is mostly naked with a potbelly, with red eyes, fangs, long red tongue, and holding a batch of branches with which to beat naughty children as he steals them away. Another Christmas ornament featuring Krampus, this one dressed in a red coat with dark gray fringe similar to Santa Claus but grosser, grimacing, with pointed ears and horns coming out of his forehead, holding a staff with a lizard skull at the end. Yeah, we don’t have our Christmas tree skirt up yet.
