this has an english patch for saturn emulators on PC but will this actually be in english? I heard that the switch port of this on VC on Switch is basically the definitive version of saturn baroque

I’ve made this observation before on other platforms but I keep being reminded of it, so here goes.
As soon as any government announces a benefit of any kind, it becomes someone’s job to make sure a whole bunch of people don’t get it.
