As a person with chronic illness that isn’t really visible to anyone else I often feel this guilt. Today I’m talking myself out of a sick day so maybe I’ll talk myself back in to one lol.
I hate that people in the work force feel so guilty about having to take time off that we feel like we have to justify it or prove that we are actually ill.
