Andry did the right thing:
- Never committed a crime.
- Fled his home when persecuted for being LGBTQ & refusing to give in to an authoritarian regime.
- Sought asylum through a legal pathway.
- Found us to represent him in court.

So, why did the Trump admin forcibly remove him?

He had tattoos.
In Venezuela, Andry José Hernández Romero, who is gay and skeptical of the country’s authoritarian regime, was a target for abuse. He sought asylum in America—then was deported under the Alien Enemies Act.

The Trump Administration deported Andry Jose Hernandez Romero, a gay make-up artist, to El Salvador’s maximum-security prison without even the slightest semblance of due process.

If something happens to Andry, the Trump Administration will have blood on its hands.

Andry José Hernández Romero, a gay makeup artist, came to the United States seeking asylum from persecution in Venezuela. But the Trump administration sent him to a prison in El Salvador.

“I’m not a gang member. I’m gay. I’m a stylist,” he cried. But they shaved his head and threw him in a cell.
