Very much of the opinion that David Lynch was America's greatest artist. The notion first struck me when going to a gallery of his in Philly years ago, he was able to pick up on the dichotomies of American life in ways no one else could. His work was truly transcendent.

Those AI podcast things really underline the fact that the entire AI industry is being built with scamming in mind. What possible creative use case is there? It's just a slop hose that scammers can use in the hopes that they can steal some advertising dollars before anyone notices

Why do table tennis players wildly celebrate the opponent missing the table but apologize for hitting a really good shot that barely touches the net? I get that it's just the done thing, common etiquette, but doesn't make sense.
