The first redistricting proposals for TX are in.

This is what cracking and packing looks like.

This is an intensive gerrymander.

See how the districts spiral in fingers into the cities.

Lizzie Fletcher's district TX7 becomes almost entirely rural.

This graph is astonishing. The people that bang on about “natural birth” and “women have been doing this forever without help” need to be forced to stare at this until their eyes water.

Lutnick’s “generational factory jobs” pitch is just a reboot of the caste system with better lighting. Your family fixes the robots forever, while someone else’s kids build empires.

No mobility. No exit. It's patriotism in a jumpsuit.
U.S. Secretary of Commerce says the ‘new model’ is factory jobs for life—for you, your kids, and your grandkids
“This is the new model, where you work in these plants for the rest of your life, and your kids work here, and your grandkids work here,” U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick says.

I want every gay person that doesn't realize that transgender rights and gay rights are interconnected to read this story.

A far-right judge just erased your rights against harassment in the workplace along with ours.

We are in this together and there's only one way out.
1. Far right federal judge Matthew Kacsmaryk has just vacated all EEOC protections for gay and trans people in the work place.

He says protections from "being fired" do not mean they are protected from harassment by Title VII.

I cover this insane ruling here.

Republicans in Congress have done a lot wrong, but their unforgivable political sin, in my book, is their conscious decision that making every American's life worse is an acceptable price to pay for not being primaried.

They know what Trump is doing to America, and it doesn't matter to them.
the tariffs help no one and make the gop agenda much more difficult in just about every way.

but no republican will tell trump that. at least, not in a way he has to listen to.

Michigan’s red flag law is saving lives.

In just one year, it’s helped stop potential school shootings, domestic violence, suicide, and more.

Now Republicans want to repeal it. I wrote about why we can’t let them. www.detroitnews.com/story/opinio...

The NIH have gone full henchmen for the Trump regime.

In a wildly illegal, un-American move, the NIH will disregard HIPAA, breach databases, and create an “autistic registry” for RFK Jr!

They’re turning in autistic Americans! 😡

Wtf is NIH doing??

NEW damning details on Pete Hegseth:

Minutes before U.S. jets hit Yemen, Gen. Kurilla sent strike intel through a secure gov system. Hegseth turned around and dropped it in at least two Signal chats—on his personal phone.

Jet timing. Target locations. And he still has the job.

It took less than 3 months. A US Citizen will be sent to an ICE detention center even AFTER a judge declared his US Birth certificate a valid document that proves he is a citizen.

If you still thought this was about our country, you're wrong. It's plain, cruel racism.

Dems should only vote for a continuing resolution if it stops DOGE pillaging and fully funds services.

As predicted, women in New Hampshire had a hard time voting yesterday because of the new proof of citizenship law:

“It doesn’t have my married name on it,” she said. Town voting officials then sent her away a second time, to get her marriage certificate.

NH’s new ID requirements send some would-be voters home to grab passports, birth certificates
The law requires all new voters to show proof of their U.S. citizenship. For some, that meant making multiple trips to and from the polls before finally casting a ballot on Tuesday.
