Bei uns wurde die Kita mit 2 Wochen Vorwarnung auf 3 Tage pro Woche gekürzt (5 Monate lang). Das hat viele Eltern in eine existenzielle Lage gebracht. Nicht alle Arbeitgeber sind so flexibel und spontan. Für die Kinder war es übrigens auch verwirrend. Ihr ganzer Wochenrhythmus war durcheinander.
Guten Morgen aus der Kitakrise, die politisch niemanden interessiert. „Personalschlüssel stimmen doch“ - in irgend einer Fiktion auf dem Reißbrett.
