Personally my understanding is that US woefully lacks in housing supply due to varied plentiful outdated building restrictions, which should be combated at legislative level.

HIV in youth is low, which IS great. But there was 1 week per year for housing insecure kids and 4 weeks per year for LGBTQ kids.
There just isn’t enough $ to support a camp that mostly served queer kids.
