The only disagreement with Baron I have is his comment about the press doing a good job covering the first Trump administration. They did not; Trump was treated as entertainment. But editorial cartoonists recognized early the danger Trump was to democracy.

If the GOP reconciliation bill passes, ICE gets through FY2029:
- $45 billion for detention, on top of the current annual budget of $3.4 billion
- $14.4 billion for transportation and removal, on top of the current annual budget of $750 million
- $8 billion for hiring/retention
- Billions more.

If any people outside the U.S. still feel compelled to criticize Americans for not waking up fast enough (stop), we're fighting multiple fronts here, one of which is against the very media institution that is *supposed* to be on the side of truth and the people.
No worries, guys, they moved coverage of 5 million people marching in every American city down even further to make room for the president's birthday parade that nobody went to.

Aside from everything else that's awful about her/this:
The "1.4 million illegals" she's referring to (undocumented immigrants, actually) are LEGALLY enrolled in Medicaid in states which have CHOSEN to pay 100% of the cost of doing so themselves.
Federal dollars aren't paying for any of them.
