The thing about Make America Great Again is that it’s clear and actionable to voters regardless of any prior knowledge, while being vague enough that you can project any idea into it. “Strong floor, no ceiling” is just confusing meaningless rhetoric to anyone who doesn’t follow venture capitalists

AI dubs aren't just an attempt to replace voice actors. Engineering, mixing, writing, directing, and QC are also cut, narrowed down to a single prompter.
When I write dub scripts, it is an exercise in musicality, translation, and personal life experience. A prompter understands none of that.

You know, what really, really grinds my gears about this is the fact that there are undoubtedly so many queer japanese actors out there who I know would *kill* to voice Eiji Okumura in this, just to have a role where they can see themselves. But nah, can't have that.
The only thing less human than these AI dub performances is the decision to sign off on them
