This General needs to be dishonorably discharged. And the Intercept should be ashamed of calling Hegseth the secretary of war. That is not a thing, and saying it validates an incompetent leader, walking OPSEC violation, and commiter of war crimes.
A big problem with Democrats saying the military can't save us because it must remain apolitical at all times is that we are, once again, unilaterally disarming in a political fight. Republicans are actively trying to reshape it into the armed force of their political movement, like the Nazi SS.
