The Trump-Vance admin claims to be ushering in a "golden age of affordability," yet is proposing to take millions from taxpayers to make a $230 million "self-payment" to the president.

We’re investigating to shed light on this scheme.

Trump's approval rating has fallen to 38%, which is the lowest of his tern (so far).

He is weak, unpopular, and failing.

He has never been more vulnerable to impeachment and removal.

OMG. This is potentially very, very, very bad.
@kenwhite.bsky.social do you generally recommend that a client fabricate grand jury records (at least in part) in order to rush out an indictment before the statute of limitations hits in order to please Dear Leader?

Yes, it is. What can we do about it? Let’s get some actionable items on the table.

Looking at the lawyers here, how can we object to this? How do we stop it? You help guide us on that and we, the everyday marketers and doers, can take it from there.

Keeping the House out just makes it more clear that Republicans are to blame. It’s a bizarre strategy from a total loser.
The shutdown is ultimately a legislative negotiation about a budget.
Hard to resolve it when the controlling party in one part of Congress refuses to negotiate, will not re-open the House, is not in DC.

This is the third U.S. Attorney found to be unlawfully appointed. The other two are Sigal Chattah and Alina Habba. Their indictments stand because they were signed by other prosecutors. Not true for Lindsey Halligan.

Is healthcare incredibly important? Absolutely.

Is it more important than removing a criminal, treasonous POTUS? We don't think so.

Removal of this regime actually stops the whole cascading series of harms, including health care. Even if/when we win on the health care fight he’s just going to move on to the next way to harm us. I think it is smart to apply pressure at the root cause, not just today’s emergency.

When members of Congress focus on an issue, their constituents also tend to fixate on it. If they post on social media and make every interview and email about a topic, it gets people talking.

MoCs need to realize that they *can* drive the conversation on impeachment.
WA-01, DelBene - Her office suggested that their constituents prioritized healthcare over impeachment; we suggested that when the rep started talking about impeachment so would her constituents. Shout out to WA's 1st Leg Dist. Dems for organizing the meeting and formally endorsing our articles!

We've been meeting with members of Congress to discuss impeachment. One of our meetings last week was with Rep. Subramanyam @repsuhas.bsky.social, who expressed a common concern that impeachment is wielded as 'political.'

It's not playing politics when POTUS expressly violates the Constitution.
VA-10, Subramanyam - Expressed concerns about impeachment being “political.” We called their attention to the fact that the Constitution defines Treason explicitly and that Trump’s actions fit that definition - it's not political, just constitutional.

Citizens' Impeachment is meeting with members of Congress. These meetings are happening because constituents are requesting them. (Yes, reps *can* be responsive!)

This particular meeting with Rep. Raskin @raskin.house.gov was positive, because Democrats look to Raskin for leadership on impeachment.
MD-08, Raskin - As the ranking member of the judiciary, Raskin’s voice counts for a lot. We spoke directly with his chief of staff. The immediate feedback was that our article on treason was "very helpful framing."

Which side of history are you going to be on?

Speak the truth, and demand that your elected officials do better. Tell them to honor their oaths of office.
