One of the really important things to understand about the UK is that we hate our own kids. We resent them for still being young when we are old, and we want to punish them for it.
Imagine having to sit in prison-like environs for two full days cus your boss didn’t like your hair.

The normalisation of this kind of stuff in our schooling system really should be understood as a national scandal

Almost every large American city has signed a contract with Skydio in the last 18 months

Across the world, anyone blaming immigrants, etc, it's all just a smokescreen to allow the rich to keep on getting richer by killing our planet.

Police have announced that a 32-year-old man who was arrested is now being treated as the only suspect for the train stabbing and the 35-year-old has been released with no further action

They say he was "reported in good faith" by witnesses but enquiries confirmed that he was not involved
British Transport Police say that "at this stage there is nothing to suggest this is a terrorist incident" and they are still working to establish the full circumstances and motivation for the train attack

Of 11 injured people, 4 have been discharged and 2 remain in a life-threatening condition
The investigation into the train stabbing in Cambridgeshire is being supported by Counter Terrorism Policing

The step is routine for violent incidents where the motivation is unclear, and police say they are working to understand the full circumstances of the attack

Bloody good job the police didn’t go in gung go or an innocent man could have been shot.

In fact, the train staff and emergency services appear to have done everything right. Apparently largely as the result of training exercises, resulting in lessons learned in training. Good decisions made.

60% of that — £1.8 billion — went on interest alone. That’s not investment. It’s extraction.

Our NHS deserves better....
