having fun *requires* you to cede control. you cannot live a fun, fulfilling life if you are a controlling person, because socialization - the only thing that gives life meaning - is too unpredictable for that. learning to go with the flow is the only way to be happy.
and yet they are desperate for it. they want our fun way more than we want their resources (which we only desire insofar as we need them to live). they crave our lives. they just refuse to play by the rules that make our lives possible.

Fun fact: the Italian word for eggplant melanzana, is derived from mela, apple
Italians saw eggplants and were like "that's a weird apple"

I can’t imagine all the Cami/Jules/whoever bots are actually accomplishing anything individually. So I have to wonder - is someone driving them purely to sabotage the Bluesky experience? Is it a joke? A protest of the platform’s poor moderation?
