I am a RETVRN guy specifically for mass produced building ornamentation.
Another example of the stock terra cotta you could once find in a catalog. Here we’ve got the Northwestern Terra Cotta Company’s finest gothic panels on this former furniture store. It’s always a nerdy good time to walk around & point this stuff out to family & friends who absolutely do not care 1/2

Call it decongestion pricing.
One of the findings from Stockholm's congestion pricing was that they made less money from it than they expected because congestion decreased way more than expected!

Hi Bluesky! I moved from Twitter because it changed too much, and I think I found my new home. Don't you dare change either!

I'm sad to leave behind 7k followers, but I'm hopeful they'll find me again here. Please tell all my fellow NIMBYs I'm here and ready to protect my Bluesky neighborhood!

Excellent explainer. It's a pretty good sign of Hochul's motonormativity that the overnight tolls (9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on weekdays and 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends) will now be $2.25 per car. For comparison, subway fare is $2.90 per person and there's no overnight discount.
here it is! couldn’t fit every question but got a lot of them:

NYC DOT calls the benchmarks "goals" instead of "mandates" because they would otherwise have to admit that Mayor Adams is breaking the law by neglecting to meet the annual bike and bus lane mileage minimums.
