Agents told him his visa was revoked. He said he had a green card. They were confused—then said that was revoked too.

i have no data to quantify this but just vibes wise it seems like popular indie rock has circled back around from the women-led late 2010s (mitski, michelle, phoebe etc.) to 'dudes rock' in a funny parallel of the late 90s to early 2000s... (lilith fair fare to the strokes/killers/monkeys)...

I was shown a letter from one grantee who was specifically flagged for non-compliance because their grant application includes the term "racial equity." They must now literally certify they are not doing any racial equity-related work. Crazy, totalitarian, racist conduct by the feds right now.
