i was walking somewhere in my neighborhood last night and some college aged men started yelling Baba Booey at me over and over again and not knowing what else to do in response I yelled "howard stern's penis" at them and they looked confused. They know the words but not their meaning.

i've watched a bunch of those "how i escaped the right" videos that young men post on youtube and a big commonality that I've noticed is that the stories usually don't involve someone directly debating the person and changing their mind, as much as them watching a video they thought was interesting

Sometimes I think about quitting the work that I'm doing now entirely, taking time off to change my approach, and coming back with a new pseudonym as an anonymous artist, but then remember that I'd also have to come up with a big lie to tell my dad about what I'm doing or he'll give it away bragging

A coming-of-age story in a dead end town filled with high-school punks and losers. Also, all the parents are gone and all of the kids keep dying. There's something very authentic in the way these characters are portrayed, eccentric losers in a weird time of their lives.
