I'm kind of shocked that anyone is still proposing technocratic solutions to the "debate" over immigration. Even if this were a good idea (and it is not), Republican elites and media will never tell their base about it. You can't policy your way out of a propaganda problem!

I was the consultant task lead for the wastewater portion of the GHGRP. I didn't realize it reduced emissions since it was just a reporting system, not a requirement for reduction. Sucks to find out that I helped and it's now all being undone. Won't be the last project I worked on either I'm sure.
