RIP GHGRP. Zeldin isn't wrong that it doesn't improve air quality, but it was created as a reporting prgrm bc of objections to regs. For now EPA is still doing the Inventory, which models overall GHG emissions from industries, so we still have an idea about overall impacts, but not @ a plant level.

I was the consultant task lead for the wastewater portion of the GHGRP. I didn't realize it reduced emissions since it was just a reporting system, not a requirement for reduction. Sucks to find out that I helped and it's now all being undone. Won't be the last project I worked on either I'm sure.

I'm not sure if you've gotten any pushback about the podcast's turn more towards immigration law, but I am so grateful to learn about what's happening right now (and horrified to learn that some of this WAS happening and I had no idea). Love Matt as the "new" co-host.
