I use SCOTUSblog a lot but, oh well, guess that era is over. It’s fine. I also used Twitter a lot before the fascists took over.

Times change. The way I look at it, every time the white-wing takes over a new media space, it just makes what I do more rare and thus more valuable.

NEWS: D.C. Circuit panel—Katsas and Rao—issue an administrative stay of Judge Boasberg's opinion and order finding probable cause for contempt in the AEA case re: the March 15 flights. Response due 4/23; reply 4/25.

Pillard would not grant the admin stay b/c this isn't an appealable order.
