I think the Greenbelt thing was one thing - Doug allowing his buddies to profit using inside help - but this Skills Development thing is something else entirely: Doug giving our money to buddies to enrich them - and to help get Doug re-elected.

When you are licensed to practice law, you are licensed to practice all areas of the law, whether you took them in law school or not. You can get through law school without taking wills, estates law, advanced tax, criminal procedure. Bar exams make sure you are qualified (a bit) in each.

If an NFL quarterback wants his receivers to go all out for a deep pass he will tell them to “Go long!” and in the CFL if the quarterback wants their receivers to go long for the pass he shouts “Hurry hard!”
